Your sessions give you time and space to think, so you can build greater self-awareness, fulfillment and understanding. As your coach and facilitator , I will listen, support, challenge and actively encourage you to be the best that you can be.
This is your unique ability to shift your focus, deal with feelings or situations and move forward to life of contentment and harmony.
Every session experience is different. Sessions are done via a video connection (Zoom), or in-person (Dubai, UAE)
A minimum of 5 sessions are recommended for those committed to true change.
BONUS: 30min follow up video call as an additional support, after completion of 5 sessions (scheduled within a month)
