FAQ 5 What is a Breathwork session and what is the difference

There are a lot of different types of breathwork out there these days and that can be confusing.  Many of them are based on what's called 'conscious connected breathing' or continuous breathing where the inhale and exhale are connected and the body is flooded with oxygen. You will be either in a laying down or sitting position, fully clothed.
Each person experiences breathwork differently but some common experiences include tingling, vibrating, temperature changes, weightedness and/ or a floating sensation, and emotional release. Afterwards you might feel energized, clear, calm, and connected.
The practice does ask you to dig deep and take responsibility for your own healing, with the guidance and support of myself. It's powerful!
