Breathwork for the under 7s

Deborah has been teaching children's yoga adventures since 2006, and loves to use this fun and interactive structure to  instill basic breathing and yoga skills in children as young as 2. For younger children to know they have skills to regulate their own emotional state, is incredibly empowering.

Lion Breath is one of the fun and energising  breaths we can incorporate.  The more active breath and yoga helps children "get the ants out of their pants" ready for more calming work...

Calming Breathing is probably what most parents want to focus on! Whether it's sunshine arms or "finger breathing", there are lots of ways to support your child to feel calm and balanced.
